i thought The Heart Is Deceitful Above All Things was an awful film, didn't like Boarding Gate either, Bound is brilliant, good choice.

To be blunt, the only reason for ordering THIDAAT was the fact that the film stars Asia  - I am prepared for a difficult film, though. ;)

You're not alone with your opinion on Boarding Gate - many people think of it as crap, but as Asia and Michael Madsen are favourites of mine, I had to give it a try. :p

Bound is a movie I haven't seen in years - but I remember two things.
First, I only own it on a bad quality full frame DVD, so I am really looking forward to the Blu-ray. Second, I think it is a bloody good thriller with smokin' hot lesbian scenes - I just love Gina Gershon in this movie. :smokin:

Greetings!

After an epic battle between the ABUS releases of Children of the Corn and Hellraiser I decided on...

Mainly because I haven't seen it for years and never bought it on DVD, which is weird because I love the film!

Just had my despatch note from HMV for Akira steelbook and New York Ripper (Shameless). Didn't count in my ban as already ordered!

Good choice! It would have been an obvious one for me though, Hellraiser doesn't even compare to the greatness of Children Of The Corn!

Anglais-friendly version? Maybe not. Just look here: Giallo Blu-ray (France)

It states that only Italian and French Audio can be found on the Blu, the only subs being French (the site does not say whether they're imposed or not).

So unless you speak Italian fluently...

Greetings!

PS: You might like to watch it in French with French subs, too - however, the movie was originally shot in English - so why did they include Italian audio? :eyebrows:

Got A History Of Violence but still waiting for the Eastern Promises I ordered at the same time.

Hit up the Eureka sale and restrained myself to £30 only and ordered, Bad Boy Bubby, Vengeance Is Mine (never seen this, looking forward to it), M and Paranoiac.

Also waiting for the BU The Stendhal Syndrome and I am about to order Witchfinder General.

Blu-tastic binge!
