It's a Criterion style case by the look of it. The version without the 4K disc comes in a standard blue case.

The same size cases that Powerhouse are using, and 88 for their Asian collection. The ones without the blu-ray logo at the top.

I'm surprised Media Blasters are still going to be honest. It certainly seems they've well and truly reached the bottom of the barrel though based on the above release!
