Damn, I was really looking forward to this. Visually brilliant, but the action is terribly edited making it hard to see what's going on, and the final act was such a mess I totally zoned out. There wasn't a real threat either, The Winter Soldier was much better.

Of to see this Saturday, whys all hyped to see it, now I'm more than a little dispointed

You may well enjoy it more than I did!

I thought it was brilliant. The cinema was pretty full and there were numerous occasions when just about everyone laughed at the gags.

The seed people

Full moons take on invasion of the body snatchers. Has it's flaws (many) but it's also very enjoyable and the acting and effects are not as bad as a lot of full moon titles. 7/10

Mansion of the doomed

We have a very early Charles band film, about a doctor who after causing a accident in which his daughter loses her sight, devises a procedure to transplant eyes, but it's not permanent and ends up kidnaping people to use as donors. Not very gory or scary but it's very well acted with Richard basehart as the doctor and a early roll for genre legend lance henriksen. 8.5/10

Guardians of the Galaxy.

Lots of fun, especially for the little touches like Thanos's flying throne and the appearance of Cosmo. Stick past the end credits for a fantastic cameo from a marvel fave.

CLUE: Previously had his own film, was a major disaster, had Tim Robbins in it.

Made my week!

God there not think of making another movie with him! Mind there is no way it could be as bad as the original

I quite enjoyed this one too - a nice riff on Eyes Without a Face.

Sleepy Hollow (Dir: Tim Burton)

Bloody great movie from Tim Burton. Depp is brilliant. Love everything about this movie. The sets, the acting, the tone, the look and the music. Both funny and dark. Right now this is my favourite Tim Burton flick.

Les Patterson Saves The World - Probably the worst Arrow release I have seen to date. Not only is it unfunny, it's presented in a hideous 'pan-and-scan' format, which totally ruins most of the jokes. What's funny about a buxom air-hostess leaning over a sexist man, when all you can see is the top of her left shoulder

Much better was

Pin - This is one of those films I remember seeing on the shelves in Blockbuster back in the 80's/90's (?), and totally dismissing. I got a copy of the Arrowdrome release (because it was cheap), and I am very glad I did. Highly recommended psychological thriller

Expendables 3.

ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. The cuts are more obvious than the interfering with WWZ. Roll on the "unrated" version. Still too bromantic for my liking as well............;)
