Well at least there is something happening on screen, regardless of merit, unlike his coma enducing 'epic' Tentacles .... by gum it's dull. One thing you cannot say about The Visitor IMO :hail:

Falling Down (1993)

Michael Douglas (sporting a horrendous haircut) has a shitty day trying to get “home” to his estranged wife and daughter for his daughters birthday, while Robert Duvall tries to enjoy a peaceful last day on the job as an LA Cop.
Great film, probably my favourite Michael Douglas film and the inspiration for the first Iron Maiden single released after Blaze Bayley joined the band, Man on the Edge.
I’m sure most people here have seen it, but if you haven’t then I highly recommend it

Yes. Excellent film. Easily one of Joel Schumachers best too.

Manos - Hands Of Fate (1966)

A supposedly infamous film. Well I'm enjoying it so far. I'm treating it like one of those COI shorts gone awry or gorn ornery:lol: .... and the ST is ok imo. I like repetition repetition ;)
Loving Torgo's speech impediment :pound:

Yeah mostly a basketball game and a gym class.

I really did think The Visitor was boring. Like Sex Lives of the Potato Men it was just a series of unconnected vignettes.

Still. It was only the second worst film i saw last night.

Cole Younger and the Black Train (2012) is one of the worst films i can recall. An amateur western where Michael Madsen's elongated cameo wasn't the worst thing in it. Yes it was that bad.

Actors don't go down when poorly rendered CGI bullets hit them or even worse they react before the CGI bullet is fired. The dialogue is so bad i thought they were making it up as they went along.

I have nothing at all positive to say about this film.

I bet Demoncrat will love it. ;)

Cult of Chucky (2017)

This is up there with 2 and Curse as the best sequels in the series. The first will always be the best.

***1/2 out of *****

The first time I watched The Visitor I hated it, however second time around I adored it... it has a strange allure to it. Or it could just be that it's shite and my standards have plummeted since my virgin viewing. I'll let the jury decide. ;)

Good to hear, it looks good and I really liked the last one. It's out here next month, just in time for Halloween. :woot:
