Doesn't sound as though you enjoyed the Possessor much, i love it, but i first saw it on VHS as a kid as Exorcist 3- cries and shadows, so it's definitely a nostalgia thing for me.:pop2:

Sold (The Possessor, Cthulhu how I love that title somewhat)

Still plugging Possessor. It's not a musical, believe me.:rolleyes:

Constantine. 2005.

Exorcist and supernatural demonologist John Constantine helps a detective prove that her twin sister suicide was the work of something else and believes that demons are trying to enter the human world.

This has always been a favourite supernatural film of mine, Keanu Reeves plays the comic character chain smoking exorcist Constantine who doesn't seem scared and always raises the middle finger at the right moment. I was hesitant about Rachel Weisz after seeing her in The Mummy, in this she and Keanu seem to compliment each other's acting which makes it a perfect duo to work from different backgrounds.

The special make-up effects are amazing in this especially when John fights Balthazar with one side of his head showing his true inner demonic features and after his last rights. It was a laugh to see Peter Stormare as Lucifer who has always been portrayed as no nonsense leader of hell but in this he seems a laid back figure with a sense of humour a little bit. Always worth a watch every now and then.

Yeah exactly, Keanu should return to the role with a decent follow up

A Haunting in Salem. 2011.

A Sheriff relocates to Salem, Massachusetts and discovers a curse over him and the town.

Why..oh why diid i decide to re-watch this, based on the real curse since the witch trials that every person is appointed sheriff meets a terrible end, this has to be a joke of a film, the acting was really crap and stupid, the town looks liked it was made at a rush and the house looked well out of place only thing scary was i watched about 30 minutes before deciding to switch it off, Awful.

I love the Hammer film version. It's extremely atmospheric and really chilling.

Hammer Films... wonder what happened to them and new movies?

Did that terrible Woman sequel finish them off?
