Never watched anything last night due to working the late shift and suffering from a virus, so have the weekend to catch up.

Lord of Illusions
A private detective is hired to protect an illusionist and is sucked into an occult conspiracy.
Clive Barker again does a fantastic job in the directors seat. Scott Bakula is great in his role. Some creepy moments throughout the film.

Friday 13th part VI: Jason Lives.

Tommy Jarvis wants to finally be rid of Jason and digs up his grave but inadvertently brings him to life and it's up Tommy to end it all.

Jason is back this time at Camp Crystal but now has changed it's name with a new summer camp starting up and more people to kill, Thom Mathews ( return of the living dead) plays Tommy who seemed a bit more grown up in this third and final instalment we see the character. The other actors were good even the hard nosed Sherrif Garris played by David Kagen. With most of these films there is plenty blood splatter and back breaking scenes, and a small appearance by Tony Goldwyne.

Up next The Church.

The Blu-ray comes with the extended cut on a second dvd, so if you can get it cheap you may as well get that.
