But then again,I'm a hardcore 70's/'80's slasher man.

Most recently saw The Burning for the first time. Lots of gnarly gore to enjoy thanks to Tom Savini. Cropsy gave Jason a run for his money in the looks department too. Although there were way too many false scares during the first half.

And I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Black Horse DVD was in fact in widescreen, despite saying it was fullscreen on the back.

Me too Reaps .. but I think I had become sooooo tired of third rate torture porn type flicks that Hatchet came just at the right time for me. A very clever movie .. enjoyed it more than Scream that's for sure.
