Are you buying used or new Argentofan?
And on Amazon UK?
I guess these will be already relatively cheap since they are easily available... ;)

The German Bloodstained Butterfly is very hard to get these days but I'll keep an eye out for you. :)

Anyone else looking for elusive giallo discs?

used on amazon UK. They are cheaper from USA sellers but the shipping would probably make it even or cost more.
I have a limit of £50 as it's my birthday presents so I'm racking my brains out deciding on what to get!

btw - there's two italian imports of bloodstained butterfly on amazon : una farfalla con le ali insanguinate / The Bloodstained Butterfly Dvd Italian Import: Amazon.co.uk: evelyn stewart, helmut berger, duccio tessari: DVD

Has anyone seen Eyes Of Crystal? Isn't it supposed to be a giallo type film? Any good?

bdc 22nd October 2010 08:48 PM

It is an Italian/Spanish giallo from 2004.
Of course it looks and feels a bit different than the older ones but it's decent.
I didn't like the soundtrack though...:o

You might enjoy it.
It's available at a silly price on Amazon UK (bargain!).

Cool :) I'll give it a go, thanks!

Sorry for the double post but just found out that Perversion Story and Don't Torture A Ducking are on Googlevideo full. Probably more giallo on there too!:woot:

bdc 22nd October 2010 09:50 PM

Sounds like you will be busy for a while checking them out! ;)

Thanks for the poll change Stefan. :)

Went for 'Classical' in the end, but was tempted to vote for 'Suspense'.

@Argentofan: I thought Eyes of Crystal was brilliant - one of the best post-'80s gialli that I've seen.
