Really like this. Slightly reminiscent of the Corabi Motley stuff. Which incidentally was better than anything they released afterwards.

Basically this is what you get when you mix Motley Crue, Korn and Winger together.

Bruce has revealed the musicians who will be joining him on the global trek.

Unsurprisingly, joining Bruce on lead guitar will be his long-time musical collaborator and producer Roy Z, who recorded The Mandrake Project’ album. Roy Z – real name Roy Ramirez – played guitar on Dickinson’s 1994 album ‘Balls to Picasso’ before producing, co-writing and performing multiple instruments on his previous three solo albums, ‘Accident at Birth’ (1997), ‘The Chemical Wedding’ (1998) and ‘Tyranny of Souls’ (2005).

Playing bass on the tour will be Irish musician Tanya O’Callaghan who joined Whitesnake in 2021 and hit the road with David Coverdale and co. the following year. Tanya O'Callaghan has previously performed with an array of musicians including Steven Adler, Dee Snider, Maynard James Keenan, Nuno Bettencourt, Michael Angelo Batio and Orianthi.

Also in Bruce’s band on drums is Californian Dave Moreno, who played on Bruce Dickinson’s ‘Tyranny of Souls’ album. He has also worked with the likes of Body Count, Jizzy Pearl, Dizzy Reed and Steve Stevens to name but a few.

Completing the line-up is Italian keyboard wizard Mistheria. He has collaborated with an array of artists live and in the studio including Rob Rock, Mike Portnoy, Jeff Scott Soto and Joel Hoekstra.

Annoying isn't it when you lock everything up, get in the car and realise you've forgotten to bring some music with you.

Less annoying is noticing you've one cd hidden away in the rack.

Only Iron Maiden's Edward the Great compilation. Happy f*ckin' Daze!

Iron Maiden - Rainmaker

Edward the Great (2005) / Dance of Death (2003)

Haha. It wasn't lucky at all. This cd never leaves the car. Ever.

AC/DC for Christmas Number 1 campaign launched to mark band's 50th anniversary / Planet Rock

"AC/DC fans in the UK have started a new campaign to get the rock legends to Number 1 this Christmas.

Back in 2013, a campaign was launched on the AC/DC We Salute You Facebook page to get ‘Highway to Hell’ to Number 1 to mark AC/DC’s 40th anniversary as a band.

‘Highway to Hell’ sold just over 43,000 copies and ultimately charted at Number 4, earning AC/DC their first ever Top 10 single in the UK. Their previous highest entry was Number 12 in 1988 with ‘Heatseeker.’

Exactly a decade on, the people behind the AC/DC We Salute You page have announced they’re doing a fresh campaign to see if they can get AC/DC three places higher to mark their 50th anniversary.

Organisers are yet to announce what song will feature in the campaign, however ‘Thunderstruck’, ‘Touch Too Much’, ‘Back in Black’, ‘Mistress for Christmas’ and ‘Hells Bells’ are among the fan suggestions."
