Not a fan of that new Megadeth song, I actually hated the chorus! Sounded like Slash on guitars too, there needs to be some crunch on the guitars for it to be Megadeth.

There are better Thrash Metal bands than Megadeth (e.g. Metallica on 'Kill 'Em All', or all early Anthrax albums with Joey Belladonna). I loved Megadeth's sound on 'Countdown To Extinction'.

As for this new song: apart from Mustaine's voice, I would never have guessed this was a Megadeth song. Sounds like a strange mixture of AC/DC, KISS, and some generic modern rock sound.

Far from vintage Megadeth but not a bad song. Megadeth have not been a trash band for quite a while now im not sure we will see them return to trash again.

This is terrible news.

The report says liver failiure but didn't he contract some sort of flesh eating disease from a spider bite?

One of the great guitarists and a brilliant song writer. Metal will never be the same.

R.I.P Jeff.

Yeah, that's why he hasn't been touring with them for the past couple of years, but by all accounts he was recovering and writing stuff for the next album
