No. They hardly ever play over here. When they do it tends to be just London. I think they did a full tour a few years back though...when i was on holiday.

I saw them back in 1984, on the 'Sign Of The Hammer' tour

I don't remember them being ear-splittingly loud, but I saw them at Portsmouth Guildhall, and I am sure that the venue has some kind of noise level, which bands are not permitted to go over

This is what happens when you let a drummer have input during the mixing process!
And Justice For All has been my favourite Metallica album since the early 90's, but my God does it sound shit, no bass, dry guitars and empty drums. If they'd mixed it with the room mics used (for natural ambience and reverb), it would've been a totally different sounding album!

Ulrich killed bass on Justice album - Classic Rock
They should have fired him in the 80's!
