Ok, because Curse of the Werewolf doesn't have forced subs.

Looking for a bit of help here!
Has anyone got the German (Austrian?) Grindhouse Collection Boxset? The one with Death Force/ Machete Maidens, Cannibal Man and Don't Go In The House. Yeah? That one.

If so can anyone tell me if all the releases will have some English option on them? I know these first 3 have but it's the forthcoming discs that worry me. What is the pic quality like and any idea's what other films will be included on the next 7 disks. Any clues on the big box?

I ask because £300.00 plus 7 postings of £12.00 a pop is a shitload of commitment to someone as poor as me! Any help will be appreciated as I mull over whether to get this or not...

Thanks in advance to anyone who helps.

I would guess that all of the forthcoming releases will be English friendly.

The picture quality on all the releases is excellent.

Next up will be Switchblade Sisters.

And after that probably Days of Terror.

Bought Turbine Medien's Starry Eyes Limited Digipack Edition.Very cool BD/DVD/Soundtrack CD set, highly recommended. Also available from Dark Sky Films in the US, but with significantly lower bitrate. The film itself is one of the best indie horrors in recent years, a body horror/satanic cinema/Lynchian nightmare mashup.Fans of Cronenberg will find this interesting.

No it doesn't.

But I bought Suspiria anyway!

Someone mentioned that you can remove the subs once the film starts.

Haven't tried it yet.......

Default The German Blu-ray Thread

For anyone interested, this weeks German releases of Road House & Commando on blu-ray have reversible sleeves with the original artwork. And as The Terminator is released on the same day with the same packaging (red amaray cases), I'm expecting the classic artwork on the reverse of that one too. I've ordered Road House & The Terminator.
