I managed to watch Prey For The Beast last night and was pleasantly surprised. I didn't really know what to expect from it (you never really do from low-budget films like this) but it ended up being a hell of a lotta fun! Obviously not the 'best' or most intellengent film ever made (by a long streeetch), although it does try to plunk a bit of femminism in there and there are a couple of brilliant shots itoo, this film was very enjoyable. From the stupid acting, and often rubbish effects to the big monster (which was actually pretty decent) that all add to the charm of this film.

I'd say the film that it's closest to, that you may have seen, is possibly Camp Blood, although I did enjoy this one a lot more.

Recommended for a giggle (especially when a bit tipsy too!), this is honestly a great little and fun low/no-budget b-movie. And for £2.99 you cant really go wrong at all

These look like fun. I really like the Awaken The Dead one with the priest though!

I always liked it in Dusk Til Dusk when Harvey Kietel's lapsed holy man turns into an angel of vengeance.

Default Brain Damage Films

Hi Sam
Are all the new BDFilms priced at £2.99 as Amazon have them priced at £3.98.
Can you please confirm.
Will you be releasing the back cat of BDFilms in time?
Hope to hear from you real soon.
Regards Alan

We asked the guys at Brain Damage about the price issue:

"This is an Amazon error which we've been trying to get fixed for a few days now - apparently when we add products that are below an RRP level it assigns them up to £3.99 by default.... stupid system but the prices should be corrected within the next couple of days."
