Ordered my copy of Ghostkeeper Sunday for £16.00 inc p&p. Does anyone know how long shipping takes?

I would expect at least a week+ to the UK maybe more.

Looks like Ghostkeeper could be sold out pretty quick aswel the way things are going, especially if there is 500 copies. I've heard nothing from Bill since I placed the order, is this anything to worry about.
