Default Weekly Comp - Signed God Bless America - 10 July 2012 - FINISHED

We have got one heck of a prize up for grabs this week - you'd be crazy not to enter!

We've got 5, yes 5, signed DVDs of the ultimate vigilante film, God Bless America (Out Now!). So, without further ado here are all the details...

Loveless, jobless, possibly terminally ill, Frank has had enough of the downward spiral of America. With nothing left to lose, Frank takes his gun and offs the stupidest, cruelest, and most repellent members of society. He finds an unusual accomplice: 16-year-old Roxy, who shares his sense of rage and disenfranchisement.

GOD BLESS AMERICA is the fourth feature film written and directed by the legendary Bobcat Goldthwait, following on from Shakes the Clown (1991), Sleeping Dogs Lie (2006) and World’s Greatest Dad (2008). Bobcat has directed for many television shows including ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’, ‘Chappelle’s Show’, the ‘Man Show’, and ‘Crank Yankers’. As a comedian, he has had three HBO specials and appeared on the David Letterman show by the time he was 20. As an actor he is best known for his appearances in such 80s classsics as Police Academy 2 and Scrooged.

Joel Murray and Bobcat met in 1985, when they both starred in One Crazy Summer. Joel has also appeared in the films, Scrooged, Long Gone, Shakes the Clown, Cable Guy, Hatch 1 and 2, Lay the Favorite and The Artist. He has been a series regular on many American sitcoms including ‘Grand’, ‘Pacific Station’, ‘Love and War’, ‘Dharma and Greg’, ‘Still Standing’, ‘Shameless’ and as the character Fred Rumsen in ‘Mad Men’.

Special sleeve artwork for the DVD has been created by the graphic artist Jock, best known for his work on 2000 AD, Judge Dredd and The Losers.

GOD BLESS AMERICA will receive its European Premiere at the Edinburgh International Film Festival on Friday 29 July. Bobcat Goldthwait will be attending.

TO WIN....

There's plenty of things in life that are annoying. And winning prizes isn't one of them! So, let's put together a list of everything that annoys us.

Simply post a picture of what annoys you. One picture per post. Add a short description too!

For each post you make, your name will be entered into the draw. On Sunday, 5 names will be randomly selected. So, the more times you enter, the more chances you have of winning.

Good luck - let the list of annoying things begin!
