A friend of mine got it and it is uncut, so is the newer Hard to Kill.

(Well uncut as far as uncut can be as they are the same as the U.S. "R" prints that got worldwide circulation anyway ;)

Just watched MARKED FOR DEATH - The blu Ray looks fantastic, doesn't time fly, to think this film is now 20 years old! One of my favourite Seagal's. I can't make up my mind if this or OUT FOR JUSTICE...
