Yeah, their service and prices are spot in a far as I'm concerned. They only annoy me when I am trying to sell something and they undercut the price.

I ordered a cd from them once which arrived...

I ordered a cd from them once which arrived without the booklet you were meant to get with it. I emailed them to see of they could den one out and they refunded me the full cost and told me to do...
