Then there's the sound - lossless 5.1 is way better than the compressed tracks you'd have heard on the DVD - if you have a means to decode...

Recently bought the Australian release of Breakdown. It’s a great flick and it’s aged impeccably well. A/v on the disc is pretty decent too.

The US one will be vanilla like the DVD if you have the Australian release it's not worth upgrading, mate.

I've always liked the film - I remember seeing it as a kid and being taken by the scene...
