I'm leaving the 4k suspiria release alone....

I'm leaving the 4k suspiria release alone. Synapse have put up comparisons om Facebook and theirs looks better. That said its screencaps so make of it what you will.

I'm waiting on the synapse release. While I didn't see any great leap forward with their Tenebrae over the french or Arrow releases Suspiria is looking to piss all over previous releases.

I suspect Koch will use the 2:35:1 release as VCI and Blu-underground have. It depends what's available, Its different rights holders in America so they could negotiate for that one where Arrow were...

Arrow had the same problems when they started...

Arrow had the same problems when they started out, trouble was everyone blamed Arrow for this. I just wonder if other distributors get the short end of the stick as well when the rights holders...

A better solution than going on Amazon and bad mouthing the company that released it which always seems to be the case.

I think anyone releasing italian stuff on blu needs to do it themselves....

Also some are deliberate low print runs to attract speculators. Variant covers are offered so speculators buy more.

I'm glad I've avoided collecting mediabooks.... it seems to be a very expensive hobby when you have to buy the same film multiple times for the packaging.
