I only have the uncut Optimum and the old heavily cut Braveworld video (for comparison purposes). The cuts to the latter were quite hilarious. It almost qualifies as a 15.

That would be great. The two scenes to compare closely are the decapitation (possibly trimmed by 1-3 seconds) and the soldering iron torture scene. The BBFC list the cuts as 22 secs though they may...

I haven't seen the Synergy print as yet. The Optimum release is 100% confirmed as uncut by the BBFC, so you can't go wrong with that one.

Yes that's the one I have. Original UK cinema version. The restored scenes are a bit messy but at least it's intact.

The German Anolis DVD is also the uncut print.

Yes it's a good fun film. Just a bit annoying that Optimum have released the US theatrical print rather than the UK one.

The old Anchor Bay disc featured the restored UK print.

I'll grab the Synergy DVD and do a comparison. It's certainly possible that it could be the uncut version and it would be interesting to know for definite.

I've never seen the Synergy print to compare, though quite a few people have mentioned this. Even in the uncut version the soldering iron scene slowly fades out as the guy starts to hold the iron...
