Sure have. I'm not a fan of the genre in general but this is definitely one of the lesser Naziploitation films.

The cuts would be hugely reduced from 12 mins but I can't see it passing uncut...

I doubt it either. In the Censored book Ferman said he would 'cut deeply' into the rape scenes if the film was ever submitted to him. Thankfully he'd left the building by the time it was.

Hard to say because the actual nailing is mostly obscured. Bulle Ogier's hand covers up the graphic stuff. The nipple piercing looks genuine though.

As unpleasant as the S&M footage is the worst...
