ACCROSS 110TH STREET is an astounding film.The performances by Anthony Quinn and Yaphet Kotto are amazing.In fact I reckon they top those of Poitier and Steiger in In The Heat of the Night.

DELIVERANCE is one of the best of the decade,and with that shock ending,certainly gave Brian De Palma and Sean S Cunningham a wee push in the right direction.;)
