I agree about the original - superior low budget...

I agree about the original - superior low budget slasher.

I disagree about the remake, which I think is one of the better of the recent "Pointless Remake" movement.

I'm a big fan of "slashers" in the great outdoors, as "outside" is inherently threatening...especially if in remote outside places like woods or mountains or such...

...but if you can combine this...

Not quite sure why Halloween II is so popular. I loved it...
