That Bakshi Lord of the Rings used to go for silly money. Did your one cost a fortune, Reaps?

These covers are downloaded from the net mate.

I used to own a Thorn Emi LOTR tape mate but it had 'Sample copy only' in gold writing stamped on the front of it.
Found it in a shithole in the Barras market.

Thing is with these tapes, yeah they sold for daft amounts to proper collectors, but if you sold them off in a large collection (As I did when switching to dvd) you got peanuts for them.

Steve at the Film Vault (God rest his soul) wasn't daft.

The Osterman Weekend and The Philadelphia Experiment were examples of cracking artwork.

For some reason,TOW had a video shop poster half the size of EMI's usual posters.

I have that artwork on Dutch DVD for TPE,one of the few dvd's I refuse to part with until someone uses that design on a Blu Ray cover!

Also wish someone would do The Plague Dogs justice with an all dancing Blu Ray release.
Almost as good as Watership, but not quite!

Not as far as I am aware - it is on Youtube though (I watched it last year and whilst it was nothing special even as slashers go it was nice to finally see it).

It's part of the Lakeshore Catalogue, which Arrow has been digging into... so, provided there are suitable elements they may end up releasing it at some point.

Two of the best video cover artworks here in RAZORBACK and RED SONJA.

That Rolling Stones vhs was EVERYWHERE!

RESTLESS NATIVES was always a favourite, and that iconic RAMBO image, whether it be on posters,mugs,t-shirts,videos and even the old Ocean computer game DOMINATED the mid eighties!
