I think an uncut version of Absurd, and Possession is long over due. Any chance of Shameless/Arrow releasing those?

That is a shame. It is the two films I'm really after, but am holding back until there is a decent uncut release.

According to dvdcompare

Absurd AKA Horrible

Under the title Horrible
R0 America- My Communication - No cuts (93:51 mins - NTSC) - some material inserted from a VHS-quality source.

It is a very crap VHS source that's inserted

Under the title Absurd
R2 Germany- Astro - (Astro) - 8 minutes, which were missing in the previous German versions were inserted back (with German (burned-in?) subtitles), but this seems to be still missing about 40 seconds of dialogue. 89:34 min (PAL).
R2 Germany- Laser Paradise (Blood Edition) - (Laser Paradise) - Cut - status unconfirmed. The dialogue-scenes that were missing from the Astro-version seems to be in this one.

Possession
All dvds are missing The scene where Adjani miscarries in the bus station is missing a frame where she sees a pair of eyes in the slime of her miscarriage. This frame also does not appear in the Japanese release
