Nearly impossible to pick one favourite over others, but I'll give this one to Zombie (Flesh Eaters). No not the splinter scene, but Susan getting her throat ripped out. Love the build up with the super pissed off zombie rising from his grave, and the sudden cut in the music to Susan screaming/choking on her own blood - lovely.

Yawn I know, but hey.

Hard to pick a favourite, but I remembered this as a fun one (Argento reference?):

From Urban Legends: Final Cut (2000)
A film that starts off very promising but...

SPOILERS!

Too many to choose from, I agree about the ZFE one though, classic. I'm gonna have to think about this one...

David Warner meeting a pane of glass in THE OMEN is a classic, it was one of the first R rated movies I was able to get into see by myself.
