I watch The Fearless Vampire Killers every year, as soon as winter arrives with a bucket of snow.

There are so many hilarious scenes - I wouldn't know where to start. Just my three favourites:
1) Abronsius, stuck and frozen after an attempt to enter the vampires' sleeping place.
2) Rebecca Shagal's screaming fit after the delivery of her husband's dead body.
3) Yoine Shagal's fantastic one-liner: "Oy vey, have you got the wrong vampire."

Just thinking of these scenes makes me giggle. I really feel sorry for those who cannot see this film's pure humorous genius. You're missing something.

Greetings!
You make it sound like Dumb and Dumber.

That is an important difference as it's the film Dracula Dead and Loving It wanted to be, but failed where parodies like Airplane!, The Naked Gun and Young Frankenstein succeeded.

I wouldn't call it one of the 'funniest flicks of all time', but it definitely has its amusing moments.

Not mentioned yet, but I'm going to have to go with Wait Until Dark for 1967. Though not sure if I exactly categorize it as horror, but there are definitely horrifying moments.
