Exactly!

Did you order it direct from the BFI site or something?

I've been performing satanic rituals for the past six months.

And I'm lucky enough to be on the BFI's press list.

Those two things may be related.

Please give it a brief watch as soon as you get the chance and let us know how it looks and sounds.

I'm now desperate to receive a shipping e-mail from Amazon!

Yes I am feeling the same way about getting my copy. I have ordered with Zavvi though because they now seem to be beating even HMV for early shipping...

You wont get yours till release date.
Amazon are not the place to go for pre orders, sometimes they dont ship until the release date.

Well have you succumbed to temptation yet and pulled the trigger on this?

I had it on pre-order from Amazon but cancelled it due to more important things to pay for and changed my pre-order to zavvi for two reasons- 1) I can pay with paypal money from selling stuff on ebay and 2) they ship earlier than amazon, I've always had stuff before release date from zavvi instead shipped on release date from amazon. I don't mind waiting usually but I've waited a long time to see a more complete version of this film

Not yet.
I got a HMV voucher but deciding on using it for this or the return of the living dead steelbook.

I haven't used Amazon for many pre-orders but, as has been said, Zavvi do seem to ship early so the disc arrives on or before the release date so, with PayPal in mind, I will probably just switch my order from Amazon to them.

Actually, even though it may arrive a few days later, I'll stick with Amazon as it's £11.99 there and £12.45 at Zavvi. It may seem trivial, but hey, 46p is 46p!
