I wonder if this has been delayed (the blu-ray)? Play have changed their date to 11th of Feb, but no one else has yet.

I'm afraid this is being put back to 15/04 as we have the possibility of sourcing some newly created extras with Stuart Gordon. These aren't 100% confirmed yet but we hope everyone will think it's well worth the wait.

In the mean time we have scheduled Subspecies 1 & 2 Blu-rays for 18/03 and Subspecies 3 for 15/04. These all have commentaries and other goodies...

(We'll start official threads soon).

That's a shame, but I'm sure it'll be worth the wait and extra extras is a good enough reason for a delay in my book

Thanks for the heads up. I was looking forward to it, but honestly January is packed enough as it is already (Black Sunday, Lisa & The Devil, V/H/S, Piranha ('78), Fear And Desire, The Blue Angel, Holy Motors, The Woodsman And The Rain, and all of those classic Warners Steelbook releases) that I can wait

I have 88's DVD of Castle Freak, but I may well be tempted to get the BD too if it contains some new extras about the film.

What are people's thoughts for the reverse artwork for Castle Freak?

The choices are going to be out of these.

Or would anyone prefer The Evil Clergyman as an alternate sleeve as we are including it on the disc?

I prefer the Castle Freak artwork with broken chain.
