There has been several releases of Death Wish series on dvd and BD. Das anyone have blu ray Australian Umbrella studio combo release of Death Wish II and III? Are these the best uncut versions available? Columbia Tristar realeases for DW part I and II on dvd where the best ones many years ago. For Evil that men do, what version is preffered to buy on BD or dvd? Putting aside the issue of which version is better,the rape of the maid goes on for far to long and Mr Winner's camera seems to be loving every minute of this nasty and to be honest overr the top attack,I don't think Mr Bronson needs much goading when it comes to killing black and hispanic characters ,you might as well just have someone spill his pint,he would soon let the lead fly,but no lets brutally kill a woman and then have his daughter kidnapped and impaled,that get him angry...any how im off to disfugure some DW remake posters...

no matter what how appalling some scenes might be I always look for the most complete version available before purchase. I don't like incomplete releases! studio should either release the full complete cut or don't bother at all!  coz no one wants to watch an incomplete movie. that's my philosophy. |
