Have I ever told you how much I love you Shameless, you lovely big cuddly ol' thing.

This is one of the original Italian posters and yes, you can see there's more than a passing resemblance to the artwork used to promote gialli at that time. Truth is, ALMOST HUMAN was made just at the start of the prolific period of polizotteschi films, so I'd imagine it was a case of selling it as something that was already proven popular.

I prefer panel 'B' too - it's far more in keeping with the artwork for poliziotteschi films and similar to those created for many of Lenzi's later crime films (VIOLENT NAPLES, THE CYNIC THE RAT AND THE FIST, ROME ARMED TO THE TEETH, etc).

I agree; Cover B is my preferred choice, although I do like the other panels.

I think it's going to be quite amusing if any of the lenticular sleeve copies hit HMV's shelves.

If they do, they'll probably cost twice as much as the ones without. Even so, they may still be a free for all in the aisle with everyone going after the one or two discs on the rack!

I've had two AH pre-orders in since day one so i'll not be happy if HMV fail to deliver the lenticular sleeve copies to me. Of course, those other consumers who submitted advance purchase action must also be considered first to receive the relevant releases too. That said, if such an unlucky outcome does occur to yours truly then i'll just begrudgingly bite the bullet and make do with what i'm sent.

Same here. A lenticular card would be nice, but it's not the be all and end all of this release as there are three excellent artwork options to choose from.

I'll be very happy if mine comes with a lenticular card but, if it doesn't, I'm not going to cry myself to sleep!

Gotta admit I'm a little disappointed. Really wanted the Marty Feldman one.

Tbh, I wouldn't be bothered if I didn't get the lenticular artwork. Panels B & C are sweet enough!
