Anyone know if this is the theatrical cut or the extended cut (released by dark sky)?

The shorter theatrical cut released by image works better for me but the longer release is interesting as well.

According to the BBFC site, this has been passed uncut with a 15 certificate!

Is the 18 listed on the cover due to extra features, or was it just a presumption?

In the past it's working on the assumption it would would be given an 18 certificate.

Place holder then. Good, I need not print more 15 certificates.

I'm surprised anyone would think SPIDER BABY would be an 18 cert film. I'd have said 15 was pushing it in this day and age. While it was certainly ahead of its time in content, the film is hardly Texas chainsaw or Hous of 1000 corpses.

Methinks Black Sabbath will stay with the borders to match Baron Blood, and the eroticas to match the previous ones.

But I'd be quite shocked if they didn't change these ones

I find it strange that now Arrow have decided to do away with the white borders, everybody hates them, yet never complained during the last 4 years of releases

Really? "Everbody hates them, yet never complained"? Not what I remember at all. I seem to recall lots of people 'complaining' artwork needed to be resized or hacked away at to fit a window, leaving borders either side, and even a couple of polls to decide which colours to use to fill the blank space at either side of resized artworks.

They really weren't a problem during the whole of the last 4 years of releases, in my opinion, at least. They only started to be an issue when they ditched the slipcases. It's pointless to keep hacking away at original art to fit a window when there no longer is a window.
