The Italian DVD has behinds the scenes footage I think, Super 8 shot by the Production Designer I think. That would be great to include.

That'd be cool. Very few Fulci DVDs have anything of worth as extras, they usually fob us off with a trailer and a text bio. Perversion Story had the soundtrack which was a nice addition.

On a side note, whatever happened to booklets in DVDs? Anchor Bay and other companies used to include production notes and rare images in the booklets, now if we're lucky we get scene access and other DVD ads. I guess companies have stopped trying now everyone buys DVDs.

I've always wondered about that too, I think it's down to money.

But DVDs sell more now than ever, I don't think there's much fear of Blu-ray replacing it. I understand with all these crappy budget releases that are sold in Poundland (which includes some video nasties, censored of course), but even Anchor Bay, Blue Underground and all the major companies have stopped doing it. Used to give me something to read on the bus home, looks like they can't be bothered now.

Except Arrow, surely???

They have commissioned me to write massive-sized booklets for House by the Cemetery, Macabre, Dawn of the Dead, Silent Night, Deadly Night and Blood Feast 2 - all of which feature exclusive cast and/or director interviews...

That's good then, at least some companies can still find the time. I'd love to write an inlay or production notes for a DVD, can't see why so many are released without them.

Great getting little books inside your dvds.

The booklet inserts to ABUK's Suspiria and Living Dead At The Manchester Morgue were excellent.
