I've just finished watching the film (been about a year or so since I saw it) and I was blown away AGAIN - the drill scene still remains one of my best Fulci scenes - in fact one of my best gore scenes ever! It's just so well done. The film looks beautiful and sounds amazing. I'm currently now on the second disc, watching "The Many Lives And Deaths Of Giovanni Lombardo Raddice" and it's excellent!

The package itself is just phonomenal! I've yet to read the booklet, but I'm absolutly luving those art postcards. Hopefully Arrow continue this trend, with cards in more releases.

For those who haven't got this yet, I cannot recommend this more highly.

Everyone who put this together did such a great job. Easily one of my fav dvds. Easily.

Just finished watching the Blu ray, very nice indeed, I've never seen it looking so nice. A fair but of grain granted but this has always been in the film and used to look a lot worse, I reckon them scenes were shot like that anyway.

Keep up the good work and here's hoping for some more Fulci classics on blu ray.

Agreed.I've just watched a bundle of those extras (Calum and Naomi-) and they are superb.

One thing puzzles me though...the Glasgow Q&A....Were Loops and Philleh sozzled by this time?
Didn't hear any dulcet Welsh or Liverpudlian accents......

Perhaps 'Theatrical version' refers to the GFT showing earlier this year?

COTLD Hasn't been cut in the UK Since shitco released it uncut in 2000.....
