The Italian's a bit closer - 'Fear in The City of The Living Dead' - possibly a better title than the English? Maybe too long though.

The scene where one poor unfortunate soul has a handful of worm-infested gloop rubbed all over her face is gross!

Although if you check out this moment in pause or slo-mo i may be wrong but i possibly recall being able to spot what looks like a cherry in amongst all the messy stuff.

It wasn't worm-infested gloop at all, it was trifle with some jelly snakes bunged in.
