Not really CITY OF THE LIVING DEAD and actually nothing to do with me.

Rather someone who frequents our GFT events has opted to hold a little social gathering/ discussion/ general mingling of horror buffs at the upstairs bar of the GFT on Weds 7th July from 7pm.

Sorry for anyone reading this who was hoping for some City of the Living Dead news or some such

Anyway, I'm going to try and make it along. Even if I can't get there I hope Cult Labs members will go and show support and maybe learn a bit more about what is happening, horror-wise, in the local area

Cat in the Brain,? only joking Reap's, The Beyond , yes, I'd love to see that on BD.
The COTLD package was excellent. I loved the interview with Radice on his screen deaths. The extras on that disc were top drawer stuff. Great job Calum and co.

I'd like to see HOTEOTP get picked up by ARROW for a Blu Ray makerover someday .

House on the Edge of the Park was offered around last year, I believe, but the general belief is the cuts would be so crippling it's not the best of titles to be trying to sell on the UK market.

The Beyond, however, should be absolutely stonking. I'm really excited about it!

For sure yeah, im happy to gauge their feedback on the packages.
Had a bit of interest in the office when Dawn OTD turned up as well, a few people were impressed with what the package had, but they didnt have BD players or that big a fan of horror.

They did comment that they felt it was an amazing set of extras in comparison to newer, bigger budget releases.

As said before the first meeting is in the Glasgow GFT at the upstairs bar starting at 7pm till whenever we stop talking cult and horror!

It's free of charge and everyone is welcome! The first meeting will focus on zombie films so we will probably touch on City of the Living Dead!
