Recieved this today, but with no poster or english subs. Can I still get a replacement? I would like subs as I like to watch the italian dub. I doubt I can get a poster?

Sorry to TRIPLE post  But I send my disc off last friday and haven't received a placement, is this usual or shall I email them? I can wait, but I was just wandering if it usually takes this long. |
