looks that way i have heard nothing about a blu ray but thy wot be able to do every film cos burn a film to blu ray is really expensive so they are only doing that to films where they are guranteed revnue but i cant see in a few years when the price drops that they wont

hey i just checked amazon... Deep red will be released on blu ray as well as dvd its on for pre order... here it says 17 oct for Deep Red dvd release... but it wont let me post up the URL link because im a newbie on the site though ><

Almar / Calum mentioned that Deep Red wouldn't be released on Blu-Ray due to the materials not being up to it (a la Martin). This was a few weeks ago now.

I'm still very much looking forward to the DVD, though.

Also, I wouldn't trust the pre-order dates for any of these titles on 3rd party sites, as I'm sure they will all be put back again. You're better off getting confirmation from here, which only happens nearer the time of release. I think the only Arrow title that has a release date pretty much confirmed is Inferno.

hope its not as expensive as Martin. that was higher priced then normal arrow dvds

Useful thread, thanks! I wasn't aware that Demons 1&2 were getting a release. Sweeeeet!

I think it comes close to answering my question about Dawn of the Dead.

So let me get this straight in my addled mind

Dawn of the Dead on blu-ray was a HMV exclusive but then also released on Amazon?

The upcoming DVD is the same except for the Blu-Ray quality disc?
