I'd be surprised if they didn't send it earlier, but then I don't usually pre-order so I don't know which sites are quickest. They all pretty much say they'll ship to reach you by the release date, though.

According to them they intend to ship on the 12th or the 13th. Oh well I can wait a couple of days . Ill get it soon enough

I received a shipping confirmation e-mail as well as I pre-ordered it months ago and then completely forgot so I have one that was provided for review and then paid £15 for another! Oh well, I can either send it back or keep it in shrinkwrap for posterity.

HMV are great when it comes to pre-ordering. My orders tend to arrive Thursday or Friday morning when the release date is the following Monday.
