Customs are a bitch...

I have the luck to live in a country, Portugal, where you only pay customs if the value of the order is superior to 80€ (+/- 68£).

The problem with Internet shopping is that so many retailers are part of the same company, with both Zavvi and Asda-Entertainment being part of The Hut Group along with about half a dozen others.

That must be great for importing as, when I buy stuff from overseas, I always have to be on the safe side to make sure that the goods don't come to more than £18 (just over €21).

Still no word on my purchase and I ordered it before Christmas. I got my Deep Red video from Amazon UK with no problems and I ordered it after I ordered Battle Royale.

I stopped using Play.com a few years ago as they kept screwing up my orders. And like you said, your in for a long wait if you want a refund. I only use Amazon.co.uk now and occasionaly ebay.

That's not right. You pay customs in Portugal if the order (outside EU) goes like €45. Plus, i was charged with a $40 order. So, the customs are really a bitch everywhere.
