I chose Blue. However the shade of purple shown is fairly good for sci-fi.

It has to be a dark colour or the tag line for Alien could have read - In space everyone should wear sunglasses.

Thought green when I just read the title so went for that. Don't know why but it seems the most 'sci-fi' to me.

I don't know why, but Dark Blue seems the most sci-fi like colour to me - so I vote for that.

It would seem from the comments that there is no definitive answer to this.

All the colours actually look ok to me. Well ok not hot pink, you can use that for the John Waters collection.

Went with Dark BLUE because it is a cold color like the dark, cold emptiness of space or the cold metal of some derelict spacecraft. Although Green is my favorite color and think how cool The Green Slime would look in it. But the real question is, what genres will be the other colors?
