I don't think there is anything missing from either film - it's just the cheap film stock and bad editing from Eurocine. I've seen a few Eurocine titles with this problem.

The problem I had with the Arrow versions is that they only used the English dub's, which are terrible.

Plus the original UK release of The Awful Dr Orloff was cut by Joke Ferman...

So if this were to be a new Arrow release they would have to match that to make me buy the film again (Don't have the others in the set) and compare with the £13 delivered price tag on Amazon.

Yeah, I remember reading that he said something really bizarre like the scene they cut was too strong for a 15 but the film on the whole was too weak for an 18, so they cut it and rated it 15.

I might have got that wrong but it was something like that.
