Is there more than one edition of this out from Arrow? Or is it just some have the one double-sided cover reversed?

I don't know. I join the forum and of my first three posts two of them are complete nonsense and have to be redacted.

It was not 'The Deadly Spawn' I noticed with an alternative cover it was 'Street Trash'. It is just the reverse side of the standard sleeve.
