can someone post the returns address or email contact details on here please as I have a dodgy set from HMV

I've done the same. I saw the FB info but it isn't clear that it's for all customers. I thought it might only be for those who ordered from Arrow direct, given that HMV not-so-helpfully are telling us to send it back for a refund.

Martin was replaced for everyone, so I'd assume it will be the same for this.

The way their post was worded definitely sounds like it's for everyone -

Just got an email from Louise at Arrow, telling me that my replacement disc will be in the post today and should be with me soon. Excellent!
