I know it's a nice gesture, the free DVD and all, but you just know they have 1000s of copies in excess stock that they've realised are never going to get sold after all it's a niche within a niche.

Back on the "Day of the Dead", there were a few copies that went out without the comic. Mine was missing so I emailed them, they apologised, sent the comic along with a free complimentary DVD of "Blood Feast 2"

If giving away stock you can't sell helps get you back in the customer's good books, then it's a small cost to them that's entirely justified.

Oh, I quite agree! Its just that there were quite a few on FB worried that the disc replacement program (and those using it) were gonna put Arrow out of business. They were... pretty vocal about it. And now I'm wondering how many of THEM might consider changing their discs? (And whether they'll announce it or not)

Shot off an email to Arrow with the original confirmation.

Hopefully my disk turns up in the next few weeks.

I haven't actually put the original disk in since finding out.

I sent mine on Wednesday. I don't have The Man With the Severed Head so I'm quite happy I eventually got around to posting it.

I'm more happy though, that this should stop the seemingly endless moaning about it around the various places that I visit.

As I suspected, I no longer have the confirmation emails from either of my copies, gonna email Arrow and see what I can do

How about the packing slips? I always use mine as notepads, so I still had it.
