Yep. After the title screen (whichever one you've chosen) goes off the film starts with a boat drifting into view in front of the WTC. Due to a cock up, the film starts 6 seconds in, so there's no gentle drift, just an abrupt appearance of the boat.

Not much, and if you're happy, then you can keep and enjoy what you have. There's no other physical fault.

Thanks folks, I simply can't be arsed sending this back for that drifting boat footage. I used to be a total completist but now I have learned to live with life's little imperfections - as long as I get to see the gory stuff I'm happy!

You don't need to bother sending it back, a simple email to Arrow will do including proof of purchase

I've e-mailed them to enquire about the free dvd, I sent mine off back in january so maybe i'm either not entitled to one or at the bottom of a very long queue.

Did I say mine arrive on tuesday? Happy to finaly have those missing seconds of my life...in retrospect all the moaning was probably not worth it.
