Christmas Special III
The last of our festive themed shows, Webisode 24 follows some of the Christmas stories from Edwards past.

The Christmas Do
Most people over 35 refer to parties as dos. The official Laugh or Cry TV website attempts to be mature by holding a Christmas Do, featuring Scruffy the Lion, Edgar the Skull, Dodger the Alley Cat and Ed and Tina. However, there is some disagreement at the do, despite the absence of alcohol.

Cup of Tea Tradition
As a kid Ed refused to have a cup of tea when offered on a cold school morning. Mom said this was just because Ed didnt want to get up for school. Ed suggested that this irrelevant, that it was simply too cold and wintery to get up for anything. Mom countered this logic by saying that if it was Christmas Eve, Ed would enjoy the cup of tea as a real treat, perhaps while enjoying a Paul Daniels Christmas Special. It was the early 90s at the time.

The Gathering
Imagine all the deserts in the world having all of their sand poured together into one place. Then imagine all of those grains of sand staying where they are but turning into humans. This would begin to describe the scene one Christmas when the whole world turned up to the turning on of the Christmas lights. This, despite the lights being a non-event for the past 30 years, except for one year when they were attended by Ed, Ben Arnell and Grotbags of Children Television fame (remember to write fame in quotation marks).

Legitimate Chocoholic
While recognizing the humor involved, Mom IS a legitimate chocoholic. Here, Mom opens a present early because she believes it to be chocolate. Mom is taking a risk by allowing this to be filmed, as the person who bought the gift might see the footage- perhaps she is underestimating our Rabid Fanbase?.

Taking Down the Tree
Tina was so desperate to take the tree down one year that she attacked it with a piece of kitchen cutlery! As per the tradition of Laugh or Cry TV, Tina is encouraged to wear stuff.

Alternative Alternative Christmas Message
Webisode 23 featured an Alternative Christmas Message. The relevance of this is that in the UK the Queen does a Christmas Speech at 3pm on Christmas Day. Ed uploads his alternative message at 3pm on YouTube on his personal channel. Last week we saw his Alternative message from our archives. So, let this be known as the Alternative Alternative.
