Ive been waiting for a decent release of these as R2 for ages was a bit shocked when i went into HMV and saw them was not dissappointed at all with them, what impressed me the most was picture quality!

I agree Kain the picture quality really stands out (especially on Bronx Warriors), hopefully the days of shoddy transfers are coming to an end!

I think it's great to have all three Castellari classics together in one seriously sumptuous and superb package.
The R1 versions of BW and TNB may boast bonus material over the Shameless DVDs but the latter editions of the same two films also have an exclusive extra or two in their favour.

Between both the U.S. and U.K. variants i can't imagine any additional DVD releases of both BW outings and TNB coming close to matching the superiority of the Shriek Show and Shameless contributions.

It's much better to have stock shortages than a pile of DVDs laid around in stores that no-one wants to buy.

Hey Almar - I've kept them as is for now but will probably switch em over at some point. I like change! Are the reverse covers brand new designs?

Watched Bronx Warriors last night - really impressed with the picture and sound quality. You guys have done good and I can now safely chuck out my nth generation VCD!!!

The reverse covers are alternate classic artworks - just to make choosing that little bit harder! Glad you like the PQ - Marc Morris slaved over those discs and it shows.
