If we are talking Italian cop films then Lenzi's best film Rome, Armed to the Teeth aka The Tough Ones starring Maurizio Merli as Inspector Tanzi is probably my favourite. Corbucci's The Cop in Blue Jeans is also a favourite, starring Tomas Milian and Jack Palance. It has a great bouncy theme tune. It's a shame i only have this on grey market dvd. |

I hope you enjoy it. I think you will. Merli, Milian, Rassimov and Arthur Kennedy give the film something of an iconic status with me.
