Good call there with Fargo Dem, that's due a re-watch.

Bit of a throwback to the 80s, Blue Jean Cop with Peter Weller and Sam Elliott, one is a narcotics cop and the other is a lawyer teaming together to fight corruption.

Serpico is a great film with Al Pacino.

I really need to pick this up on Blu. I bet the many snowy outdoor scenes look stunning.

If we are talking Italian cop films then Lenzi's best film Rome, Armed to the Teeth aka The Tough Ones starring Maurizio Merli as Inspector Tanzi is probably my favourite.

Corbucci's The Cop in Blue Jeans is also a favourite, starring Tomas Milian and Jack Palance. It has a great bouncy theme tune. It's a shame i only have this on grey market dvd.

I hope you enjoy it. I think you will. Merli, Milian, Rassimov and Arthur Kennedy give the film something of an iconic status with me.
