I know what you mean.

I've never ordered directly from them before so I have nothing to compare to. I'm still waiting for The 10th Victim from HMV as well though, since they're waiting for stock to arrive from Shameless apparently.

The other companies i've ordered from during sales - 88, Arrow, Network, Classic Films Direct, Eureka, Powerhouse... have all been pretty quick and i've had the discs by the end of the week if ordered the weekend previous for example, or at least in Powerhouse's case they'd been shipped.

It's just a minor irritant hearing nothing from Shameless when according to their site on ordering things were in stock.

Yeah Shameless aren't the quickest.
In the past I've found the goods despatch/arrive before the email arrives!

Don't start me on Arrow/Zavvi again!

I've currently a paypal claim against Arrow for a HILLS HAVE EYES 4K set which was paid for upfront and disappeared from my account when they ****ed up their site,and a fifty quid Arte original LEGEND set from Zavvi who gave it to Yodel who ****e up my delivery twice-returned it to Zavvi,who've recieved it back,and have neither refunded or resent it to me.
All I was getting from both was the usual automated,infuriating emails.
I've reordered both from other sellers.

My Shameless order arrived today. I knew that it was geoing to be delivered because I received more than one email about it yesterday, in addition to several more today.

My order also arrived today following multiple notifications yesterday.

Very fast delivery, just took a week and two days to actually hear anything following placing the order.

I ordered from Redemption around the same time as you two ordered from Shameless, I've had no delivery and no notifications, I've actually emailed them today to see if anything is wrong with my order! So Shameless isn't the worst! I've ordered from Redemption 4 or so times and they've always had the stuff out to me in less than a week, something weird is going on.
